Navel Oils & Foot Soaks

All oils and soaks are handcrafted in small batches for freshness.
Processing time: 3–7 business days

During product launches or restocks, processing may extend to 7–10 business days due to high order volume and quality-checking.

Art Pieces

Original artwork and prints require special handling and packaging.
Processing time: 7–14 business days

Custom pieces will follow their own timelines, outlined at the time of purchase.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.

Estimated Shipping Times

Domestic U.S. orders: 2–5 business days

Art shipments: 5–10 business days depending on size and carrier

Foot soaks: 2–5 business days

Navel oils: 2–5 business days

International shipping (if enabled) may take 7–21+ business days depending on customs.

Bubble wrap or protective foam

Larger works may be shipped separately from other items to ensure safety.

Maison de Chanté is not responsible for damage caused by carrier handling, but we will assist you with claims if needed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

Check with neighbors or leasing offices

Confirm the shipping address submitted

Allow 24–48 hours (sometimes carriers mark early)

Contact the carrier directly
